CPA Peripherals
The range of HAVER CPA units is completed in practice by various peripheral devices for analysing particles of bulk material at the best. Thanks to modular construction the different versions can be operated together with all online HAVER CPA units.
HAVER HSD-S for fast drying of fine bulk materials
The patented technology of the "High Speed Dryer Small" - HAVER HSD-S" - has been developed for automatic or manual controlled drying of finest mineral bulk material in a measuring range from 0 mm up to 45 mm. A vibration unit enables the complete output of the dried bulk material for the subsequent photo-optical particle analysis.
HAVER HSD for fast drying of bulk materials
Due to the fact that the HAVER CPA particle size analyser is designed to measure dry materials it was useful to design a peripheral that would allow this analysis. The „High Speed Dryer“ HAVER HSD dry mineral bulk material in a measuring range from 2 mm up to 45 mm rapidly. Thanks to its high heat and air flow output the HAVER HSD ensures high flow rates.
HAVER DMS for pre-screening with two cut points
The HAVER DMS offers the possibility to make to cut points and divide your feed material in a particle size range up to 45 mm into three fractions. The electromagnetic drive of the HAVER DMS generates a linear vibrating movement. In combination with a HAVER CPA the finest fraction is cut out of a sample, resulting in a dramatic decrease in measuring time.
HAVER EMZ for continous dosing of bulk materials
The HAVER EMZ with infinitely variable magnetic drive performs the conveyance and dosing of any kind of bulk material. Furthermore we recommend it as buffer storage for following processes, for example in combination with the screening machine HAVER DMS to avoid the overloading of the screen area.
HAVER AS for the automatic feeding of the HAVER CPA units
The HAVER AS auto sampler enables automatic feeding of a HAVER CPA unit with samples. It is equipped with 6, 12 or 24 sample buckets. So samples can be analysed with no human intervention. The HAVER AS is controlled directly by the HAVER CPA software using built in interfaces.
HAVER CPA CONTAINER with integrated HAVER CPA system
The HAVER CPA CONTAINER is the Plug and Play online-solution integrating CPA technology into existing or planned facilities. It will be delivered ready to go, requiring only electrical connection to your power grid and compressed air, if necessary.
